House, now offices. c1860-70 in Gothic Revival style. Red brick with ashlar dressings and slate roof. Two storeys plus attics and three bays. Central hallway plan. Central 6 panelled door below arched overlight, in segmental arched doorcase with shafts topped by foliage capitals to jambs, and hoodmould with foliage stops over. To either side canted stone bay windows each with plate glass sashes in shouldered segmental arched surrounds on pilasters with foliage capitals; panelled recesses below the sashes and moulded cornice with blocking course to top. Above paired plate glass sashes below Caernavon arches set in moulded pointed arched surrounds with nookshafts topped by foliage capitals and with roundels to the tympani, all below hoodmould with foliage stops. Projecting sills on paired moulded corbels. Single sash in similar surround to centre. Moulded cornice over on paired and single foliage corbels. Stone copings on moulded kneelers, set on wide foliage corbels. Pair of gabled attic dormers with paired sashes in Caernavon arched surrounds with central shafts and with blind ashlar quatrefoil to gables. Stone copings on moulded kneelers and slated cheeks.
