House now three cottages. C17 origin, probably subdivided C19. C20 additions to
rear. Coursed rubble limestone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows to
1st floor. Large quoins. Lea Cottage on left has C20 door in ashlar
surround to right of 3-light casement with glazing bars, beneath cemented
lintel, similar window above set beneath eaves. The Cottage, in centre has
door with plain lintel to left of similar window on each floor; over the door
a blocked double-chamfered window surround. The Cobwebs at east end of row,
has door with bonded surround on right of window on each floor, windows similar to rest.
Shaped kneelers, gable copings, Central brick ridge stack.
East return: walled-up, quoined doorway. Attached farm-buildings not of
special interest. Included far group value.
