Farmhouse. Dated 1633, with later addition to left which has been restored
in the later C20. Thinly-coursed rubble with quoins. Stone slate roof
(re-roofed). Two storeys. The right part of the house has a dated
quoinstone
"TM
1693",
a fire window and two 3-light windows to ground floor. Two 3-light windows
and a central 2-light window to 1st floor, all double-chamfered. The left
part of the house has a heightened quoined doorway on right and a 4-light
double-chamfered window to its left. Other openings are later. Two good
ashlar stacks. Rear: outshuts to left and right. Several single- and 2-
light windows. Former doorway against stack for lobby entrance. Several
double-chamfered windows in right gable including one of 3 lights (blocked)
in apex.

Interior: bressumer beam for former fire-hood in centre room, has arch cut
out for doorway from lobby. Good dog-leg stair in rear outshut of right room
with flat, shaped balusters.
