Farmhouse. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared rubble with quoins, ashlar left gable return. Stone slate roof. Two storeys and attic. Three bays with small lower rear wing. Front has chamfered plinth. Blocked, near-central doorway. C20 casements in raised, plain C19 surrounds. Traces of C17 window openings. Doorway in bay 2. Paired stone brackets to gutter. Hollow-chamfered gable copings on built-up square kneelers. Ball finials survive to left. Rendered brick stack to right. Rear: The central wing is altered. To its right is a projecting stack which was formerly internal since remains of fireplace openings can be seen. The stack is ashlar at the top. C20 porch to left of wing not of special interest. The left gable has a continuous dripmould between the floors. Single-light windows to ground and first floors, large 2-light double-chamfered window in gable (mullion removed) with hoodmould. Foiled opening in gable apex with baluster-like sides. Two small double-chamfered windows to attic of right gable.

Interior not inspected.

The building is presumably the east part of a large buildIng now demolished.
