Pair of attached barns now stables. Probably C17, C20 link building. Irregularly- coursed rubble, stone-slate and C20 cement-tile eaves courses to pantile roofs. L-shaped plan with barn end-on to road and open-sided building at other end forming link to 2nd range at right angles. Roadside barn: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Large quoins. Large double door to left of centre has wood lintel, slit vents and a slatted casement to left and boarded hatch over. Inserted door to right with 2-light double-chamfered mullioned window beyond and similar window above without mullion. External steps to door in right return. Shaped kneelers, gable copings. Other range: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. 2 ground-floor doorways with deep lintels; that to left has slatted window to its left; that to right is flanked by casements. Slit vents to 1st floor. Shaped kneelers, gable copings.
Interior: principal-rafter trusses to both ranges, some windbraces.
Forms stables within grounds of The Fold, Wadsworth Close.
