Details

KEPWICK MAIN STREET SE 49 SE (NORTH SIDE) 2/23 PARK FARMHOUSE II Farmhouse. C18 with Cl7 origins, C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone, herringbone-tooled to left part, partly diagonally-tooled to right part; pantile roofs. 2 Storeys, 2 + 2 bays. Left-hand pair, projecting slightly: on each floor two C20 3-light casement windows with concrete cills and lintels; chamfered kneelers; gable coping, that to left concrete, that to right ashlar; corniced end stacks. Right-hand part: on left, C20 door under herringbone-tooled lintel; to its right two 2-light recessed chamfered mullion windows; on 1st floor two C19 4-pane sashes with stone lintels and projecting cills; chamfered kneeler, concrete coping and corniced stack to right gable. Added outbuilding range on right not of special interest. Rear: small square window to left on ground floor, possibly former fire window.
