Farmhouse with attached outbuilding and pump. Early C19. Coursed squared
stone, ashlar with graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, L-plan.
Quoins. Central 6-panel door in plain stone surround. All windows are 16-
pane sashes in plain stone surrounds. Stone coping. End stacks. Kitchen
wing to rear with adjoining outhouse to right. To the end of the outhouse
are large rectangular recesses used as bee-boles. Hipped roof. To front of
outbuilding a pump inscribed "WH 1820". To rear of house a round-arched
stair window. Interior: dogleg staircase with turned balusters. All
interior almost original to building of house.
