Early-mid C18. Local brick in a bond composed mainly of headers. Roof renewed in modern concrete tiles, retains stone copings, end chimneys. Small modern dormer largely concealed behind rebuilt parapet, lost coping. Possibly originally a double house. Three storeys, five windows, slightly irregular. Gauged flat arches with keystones to sash windows with glazing bars (mostly replaced) in wood architraves. Modern door; and oriel shop front at right. Small coachhouse extension on left return.
