Farmhouse. C18 with early C19 wing to right set back. Reddish-brown local brick. Stepped and dentilled eaves. Stepped 3-course 1st floor band. Pantile roof with 2 courses of stone slates at eaves. Stone coping and kneelers. Chimneys to gable ends and ridge. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Central entrance has modern glazed door. Wide 16-pane sashes in flush wood architraves and stone cills. Lower 2-storey single-bay wing to right is of pinkish-brown brick and has a pantile roof. 16-pane sash with segmental arch to 1st floor, 2-light sash with glazing bars below; gauged brick arches.
