Farmhouse. Early C18, extended later in C18; raised and refenestrated in C19. Red brick in English garden wall bond, with pantile roof. Originally 2-cell gable-entry plan; outshut and extension added later. 2-storey, 2-window front with lower 2-storey, 1-window extension at left. Inserted doorway with painted lintel to left of 2 segment-arched, 2-light, 16-pane horizontal-sliding sashes. Similar windows on first floor. Small inserted window at first floor left. Stepped eaves course. End stacks. Extension has a 4-pane fixed light on each floor. Right end stack. Interior: room to left of door contains plain stone fireplace, also corner cupboard with door of 4 raised and fielded panels on butterfly hinges. In room to right of door an enlarged fire window opens out to later extension of outshut. Rooms to right retain plank doors.
