House and attached barn, now converted to cottage. Mid C18 with C20 additions. Brick in header bond to house and English bond to cottage, Welsh slate roof to house, pantile roof to cottage, brick stacks. House with gable end facade of 3 storeys, 3 bays with single storey C20 additions to left and right. 6-panel door in extension to left. Flat roofed 2-storey canted central bay with 16- and 12-pane sashes. 12-pane sashes to outer bays. First and second floor bands, keyed flat brick arches to all windows except that in centre of ground floor. Second floor: Diocletian window flanked by uneven 9-pane sashes beneath keyed brick arches. Barge boards to verges. Ridge stack. Cottage to right of 2 storeys with single 4-pane fixed window to ground floor and 2 sashes with glazing bars to first floor. Entrance to rear. Pantile roof, raised gable ends, ridge stacks. Interior: house contains original mid C18 staircase, intact original panelling to main reception room. H - L hinges to board door by staircase.
