Formerly three cottages, now one dwelling. Late C18. Hammer dressed limestone, pantile roof, brick stacks. Two storeys, five first floor windows. Six-fielded-panel door beneath C20 porch. One casement to left and four to right, with two two-light Yorkshire sashes to extreme right with evidence for blocked doorways beneath third and sixth windows. C20 casements to first floor with Yorkshire sash to extreme right. Channelled lintels throughout. Gable coping, shaped kneelers, ridge and end stacks. Cottage to right contains original wide board doors with H-L hinges and stone flagged floors. To left cottage is a rebuilt inglenook with original bressumer.
