House and workshop. Early C19. Squared sandstone to front, on rubble plinth; sandstone rubble to sides; roughly tooled quoins; pantile roof; brick stacks. Central stairhall house plan, two rooms deep. Two storey, two window front to house, with one and half storey, two bay workshop to left. House has central C20 four-panel recessed door approached by stone steps. Sixteen-pane sashes with heavy painted lintels to left and right. Two-light small-pane horizontal sliding sashes with timber lintels to first floor. All windows have stone sills. Workshop has central plank stable door flanked by two-light large-pane horizontal sliding sashes with heavy plain lintels. End stacks to house.
