SE 76 NW WELBURN VILLAGE STREET (south side) 5/122 Manor House and attached flight of steps to front

GV II House. Mid - late C18. Squared sandstone to front with raised quoins and dressings of sandstone ashlar; rubble sandstone to sides and rear; concrete pantile roof with rebuilt brick stacks. Basement and 2 storeys; 3-window front. Central 6-panel door with divided overlight approached by straight flight of steps. Basement windows are 2-light, 12-pane horizontal sliding sashes. 12-pane sash to left of door, and paired 12-pane sashes in enlarged opening to right. 2-light, 8-pane horizontal sliding sashes to first floor. Keyed raised surrounds to all openings. Raised plinth band. Stepped eaves course. Coped gables and shaped kneeler. End stacks.
