House of two builds. Second half of C18 with C20 alterations. Coursed sandstone rubble, pantile roof, brick stacks. Two storeys. Two-bay section to left with taller two-bay section to right. Left side: C20 half-glazed door to right and C20 casement to left; two- and three-light Yorkshire sashes to first floor with stone sills and lintels. Right side: C20 shop front to right and sash to left. First floor 12-pane unequal sash with very thick glazing bars to left and C20 casement to right, beneath stone arches. Left end stack to left section. Steeply-pitched swept roof to right section with end stacks.
