House of 2 builds and stables. Earlier section of house c1800, addition to right and barn probably early C19. Hammer dressed sandstone, pantile roof. Originally 2-cell, probably right gable end entry with single cell addition and kitchen wing to right and stables to left. Outshut to rear of house. 2 storeys, 7 first floor windows, 3 to stable and 4 to house. Single storey kitchen wing. House: quoined early section has 2 3-light Yorkshire sashes beneath keyed herringbone-tooled lintels, and a firewindow to the right. Later addition: C20 half-glazed door with 3-light Yorkshire sash beneath milled stone lintel to right. Kitchen: board door in stone lean-to porch with one 2-light and one 3-light Yorkshire sash to right. Stable: 3 stable doors. Evidence for heightening of first 2 bays above doors. First floor: 3-light Yorkshire sashes to house. Stable: 3 half-sized pitching doors. Gable coping. Corniced stacks to earlier section of house. Brick stack to right gable end.
