House. 1836 dated on window lintel with initials I and EM. Coursed sandstone with neat herringbone tooling; pantiled roof, stone coping and kneeler, brick stack. Two storeys and attic, one wide bay and a narrow left entrance bay containing a door of six fancy panels with missing hood; modern four-pane casement inserted above. On each floor of main bay a four-pane sash; and a small fixed light on ground floor right. Small inserted dormer. Left end big roll-moulded kneeler, broad coping and stack.
