Pair of houses, mid C18. Herringbone-tooled sandstone in fairly thick courses;
pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attic, 1 wide bay each. Paired central doors, No 3
C20, No 4 Cl9 of 4 panels; both under bracketed quasi-cornices. No 3 at right,
has a C20 16-pane fixed light, with opening transom section, on each floor. No 4
has 16-pane sash in wood architrave on each floor. All openings have extended
lintels and raised keystones. Each house has a raking roof dormer.
