Farmhouse. C18; remodelled and extended C19. Squared chalk on brick plinth; painted brick quoins and dressings; slate roof; brick stacks. Originally central staircase plan, one room deep, extended to rear later. Two storey, symmetrical two window front. Central four-panel door with overlight flanked by sixteen-pane sashes with stone sills. Similar windows to first floor. All openings have wedge lintels and quoined brick surrounds.
Rear: segmental arches of header bricks to door and ground floor window. End stacks.
