House. Early C17. Rendered and colourwashed timber frame.
Pantiled roof. 2 storeys: 2-window range. Half-glazed C20 door
and a 3-bay shop front with multiple glazing bars is set to
right, with plain pilasters and a continuous hood. One 9-paned
fixed window to left. Two 3/6 unhorned sashes to first floor.
Stack to north shared with adjoining premises.
INTERIOR: timber frame of moderate scantling, with jowled
principal posts and tension braces (only one visible). Wide
brick fireplace to ground floor with re-used ashlar in
right-hand jamb. Heavy chamfered bridging beams; plain joists.
