Details
HANLITH SD 96 SW 7/1 Hanlith Hall Farmhouse II Farmhouse. C17 with later alterations. Slobbered rubble, stone dressings, slate roof. Two storey rear fronting road has scattered fenestration; ground floor late C17 chamfered 2-light mullioned window with C20 fixed lights and a late C19 2-light window with plain surround and flat-faced mullion with casements to left. On upper floor are: C17 2-light double chamfered mullioned window with left-hand light blocked and C20 casement in right-hand light; a blocked central upper floor window and chamfered single-light window on the left with a fixed light. Garden front: 2 storeys, 4 bays. C20 entrance in second bay with C20 porch. To left is ground floor double chamfered window, formerly 2-light but mullion, now gone; C20 casement. To right is C18 2-light window with flat-faced mullion and sashes with glazing bars. Late C18 entrance with plain surround and c1970s glazed door, with a ground floor C17 2-light chamfered window in fourth bay with hoodmould over. On upper floor are four 2-light windows with flat-faced mullions and late C19 sashes with glazing bars. Gable end ridge stacks, and stack to left of centre.
