Farmhouse and cartshed. Dated 1686 with C18, C19 and C20 alterations. Limewashed
rubble, painted stone dressings, stone slate roof. Central staircase plan. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance has moulded surround with dated decorated lintel
inscribed: K W E; C20 door. Ground floor left-hand and right-hand windows are
2-light with flat faced mullions; sashes with glazing bars. Similar window on upper
floor to right, remaining 2 upper floor windows have plain surrounds; C20 casements.
Right-hand gable-end and ridge stack at former left-hand gable, now junction with
probably C18 cartshed which has basket-arched waggon entrance and stone steps to
left leading to upper floor hayloft; C20 corrugated asbestos roof.
