GV II
Cotton mill, dated 1861 over door. Dressed stone and slate roof. Three storeys. Lintel bands and dentil cornice. Plain stone surrounds to windows with glazing bars. Above round-headed rusticated doorway rises tall tower with two cornices, pilaster strips and parapet. In each side of the top storey is a wide elliptical- headed window with blocking to architrave. Truncated pyramidal roof crowned by railings. At western end is stone chimney. Listed for these features and for group value only.
