3 cottages, nos 18 and 20 now 1. Mid-late C18. Rubble, partly roughcast,
pantile roofs. 2 storeys, 1:2:1 first-floor windows. No 16, to right:
roughcast; single-storey wing projecting forward to right, at one time
partly used as a shop, with board door to left, 12-pane fixed-light window
to right, brick chimney on gable, and 2 windows on left return; main house
has central part-glazed door, and to its left a 2-light casement window on
ground floor and side-sliding sash window on first floor; raised verge to
right, brick end stacks. No 18: rubble; on ground floor, to left, C20 six-
panel door; 2 side-sliding sash windows on ground floor and also on first
floor; rebuilt brick stack to right end. The doorway in no 18 gave onto a
through passage which gave access to nos 18 and 20; it is now incorporated
into the house. No 20: rubble; roof is slightly higher; side-sliding sash
window on each floor; ashlar coping to right; brick stack at right end.
Rear: across no 18 and part of no 16 is a shared outshut with catslide roof.
