Timber framed and plastered. Red plain tiled roofs. Red brick chimney stack to
right range, plastered stack to front of left range. 2 storeys. Complex plan.
Roof of 2 levels with a gable between. Hip and gablet to left. Forward outshot
to gable. Extension wing to right in course of erection at time of re-survey.
1:1:1:1 various windows to first floor. Ground floor left to right, C20 bay, a
C20 door and porch with windows to right and left. 2 windows and C20 door to
right. Internally large bridging joists and flat ceiling beams are visible.
