House. Early C18, C20. Colourwashed red brick, some limestone rubble. Slate roof with wooden eaves and gable stacks.
Three storeys, three bay front with first floor band. Ground floor with outline of shop front no longer extant. Central doorway with bracketed pediment, reeded doorcase, plain fanlight and panelled door. Doorway flanked by single C20 cross mullion casements with two similar casements above, all with brick wedge lintels and raised ashlar keystones. Two C20 casements above. Included for group value only.
