House, C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed and in part banded
ironstone and limestone rubble, ashlar quoins and dressings, stone coped
gables, pantiled roof with one brick ridge stack. L-plan. 2 storey with
garret on left and attic on right, 4 bay front. Off centre early C19
6 panelled glazed door in fluted wooden surround with angle rosettes
at top. Covered by a C19 wooden gabled roof with decorative wooden
brackets. To left a pair of C20 horizontally hinged glazing bar casements
and to right a single 2-light casement. On the first floor are 3 C20
horizontally hung casements. In the gable to left is a single plain
sash, and to right is a C20 3 light casement dormer with flat roof and
weatherboarded cheeks. All windows have timber lintels.
