Two cottages, formerly one dwelling. Mid C17 with C19 alteration and early C20 additions. Coursed limestone rubble with freestone dressings. Collyweston stone slated roofs. Two storeys and attics, possibly with original three unit plan with lean-to and two storey extensions to east and west. Central ridge stack and end stack to right hand with rebuilt brick shafts. Parapet gables with chamfered coping to left hand. Two rear entrances. Hood moulding to first floor window on front elevation. Four ground floor and two first floor windows of various sizes with wooden lintels.
Interior: stop-chamfered axial beam and boxed cross beam; deeply cambered mantel beam to open hearth of east room.
