Three dwellings, formerly a C17 farmhouse with C19 addition. Timber-framed and plastered with one area of C20 'pargetting', and painted brick. Thatched roof. Red brick ridge stack to left hand, and main ridge stack of coursed limestone rubble with upper courses of brick, two stacks to right hand. Two storeys. Original plan of main range to left hand of cross wing extended further to left in C19 and the whole subdivided into four cottages. From left to right hand, one blocked doorway with inserted window, two horizontal sliding sash windows with segmental brick arches, one four-panelled door and one boarded door with two casement windows and two small fixed lights, one boarded door in cross wing; three first floor horizontal sliding sash windows and two casement windows.
