GV II
House, formerly a range of three. Dated 'EP AD 1845' in stone plaque above central door and built for A.E. Powell the rector (1843-92). Clay bat, roughcast rendered, with pantile roofs replacing original thatch. One storey and attic. Symmetrical facade with two gabled 'bays'. Two rear gault brick stacks and two ridge stacks each with diagonal shafts. Two attic and two dormer windows, six ground floor casement windows with drip moulds. Central C20 boarded door with four-centred arch.
