BISHOPDALE B 6160 SD 98 SE (south-east side, off) 5/6 Myers Garth (formerly listed as 25.3.69 Myer's Garth) GV II
Farmhouse. Late C17 - early C18, late C18 - early C19, and mid-late C19. 2 storeys. Central 2 bays late C17 - early C18, with late C18 - early C19 added bay on right, and mid-late C19 added service bay on left. Main house: quoins to central 2 bays and at right end. Sash windows with glazing bars on ground floor and on first floor to right. First floor: 3-light chamfered mullion windows. Stacks at ends and between second and third bays. Part- glazed door and window in service bay. Rear: service bay of coursed watershot stone, board door in stop-chamfered ashlar surround with interrupted jambs, and 2 first-floor 4-pane sash windows. Central projecting staircase wing with 16-pane sash landing window, C20 ground-floor casement window, 2-light first-floor casement window in stone surround, and in left return 6-panel door in ashlar surround. To left, 1 bay of sash windows with glazing bars with projecting sills and deep lintels.
