II House. C16, C18. Flint and chalkstone chequerwork with brick quoins and dressings, thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays, extended to north c1900 by single bay with a later 2-bay rear extension. C20 door in north bay with thatched propped canopy, and paned timber windows. Two flush doors to front, one to rear extension. On south gable, a brick extension to the first floor carried on brick piers. Roof hipped on return to rear, half hipped to south. Interior has central jointed cruck truss with tie-beam and partly trenched purlins. Upper section of cruck scarfed and pegged and crossed at apex. Roof smoke blackened. Left bay has spine beam with ogee and bar stops.
