12/28 Grove Hotel (formerly listed as House dated 1757) 13/2/67 GV II
House. Dated 1757. Roughcast rubble, artificial slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Central part-glazed 5-panel door in moulded stone surround with A frieze inscribed 'W A 1757' and cornice. 4-pane sash windows in moulded surrounds. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, ashlar end stacks.
