House (used as storage at time of survey). C17 with later additions and
alterations. coursed, squared rubble with quoins. Original roof-pitch in
graduated slates; extended upwards (to form monopitch roof) in welsh slate.
Single storey, with rear elevation raised to form loft; 3 bays. Symmetrical
front elevation has plank door with 2-light mullioned window to either side, all
in chamfered stone surrounds; coved eaves, course. This building forms a group,
with Stone House barn, around a cobbled yard.
