WALSALL MB PARK ROAD SK 00 SW 4/85 Manor Arms Public House - II

Public house. c1700. Pebble-dashed brick with tile roof. L-plan. Two storeys. South and west walls each have two string courses. South wall of three bays. Openings have segmental heads, except for the right-hand ground floor window. Door in middle bay. Chimney on ridge in line with door. Right-hand bay of west wall has windows with segmental heads. Further left, to the left of a modern gabled porch, there is a window on each floor with flat head. Chimney on front wall to left of left-hand first floor window. Interior: ground floor rooms in the south range have a chamfered main beam. The western room of this range has an inglenook fireplace with boxed bressummer, inserted brick fireplace, and the remains of a bread oven within a cupboard.
