12/7 Elcot Park Hotel (formerly listed as Elcot 10.9.51 Park under Elcot) II
House now hotel. Early C19 with C20 alterations and extensions. Brick with slate hipped roof. Rectangular plan with later wing to north east. 2 storeys, moulded eaves cornice. South Elevation: 4 glazing bar sashes with rubbed brick flat arches over, central sundial in rectangular recess, flanked by full height flat pilasters. Extension to right in same plane as rest of elevation with one glazing bar sash, the ground floor covered by glazed verandah. West Elevation: central parapet and cornice above 3 glazing bar sashes. Central portico of two doric columns in antis with frieze, cornice and blocking course. Large late C19 extension to north of two full height bows of 3 and 4 sashes flanking tripartite sash to north and single sash to south.
