Mid C19. A National School, built in the Tudor estate style, with single- storeyed school and 2-storeyed house attached on the north side. Steep red tile roofing, with diagonal chimneys on square bases; a small flat-topped pyramid to a turret. Red brick walling in Flemish bond with dark bricks used to produce a lavish pattern work of diapers and 'arrow-slits'; bands at cill level, brick mullions and transoms. Casements have metal lights, with octagons within a reticulated pattern. Front boundary wall with pierced brickwork.
