Details
FRITTENDEN STAPLEHURST ROAD TQ 84 SW (north side) 3/45 Sandhurst Bridge 20.6.67 Farmhouse GV II House. C16 or earlier, clad early C19. Timber framed and clad with red brick and patterned tile hanging. Plain tiled roof. Hall house and cross-wing plan in origin. Two storeys with hipped roof and gablets, with gabled cross-wing projecting to right, and moulded stack with fillets to right, and stacks to rear, and projecting at end left. Two 2 light and 2 three light wooden case- ments on first floor, and 2 light and 2 three light casements on ground floor. Boarded door to centre left with flat hood on brackets. Catslide outshot to rear.
