Terrace of 6 houses. 1902. By Grayson and Ould. Roughcast on brick base, tile-hung apexes to gables and hipped tile roof. One storey with attic, 7 bays; 2nd bay projects under gable, end bay breaks forward under gable. Tile canopy to 3rd, 4th and 5th bays on braced posts, with gablet to each bay. Windows have small-paned casements, mostly of 3 lights. 2nd bay has ground floor 4-light window and 1st floor 4-light canted bay window with roughcast base and tile canopy swept out from tile-hanging. Entrances have leaded lights, 2nd bay flanked by porches under roof brought down from gable with balustrades. 2 cross-axial stacks, slope stack to left of 2nd bay and left return lateral stack, all have diagonal flues to front and rear. Right return has projecting gabled bay with brick break-forward, entrance and flanking lights under canopy. Rear similar, dormers, privies.
