Detached house. Late C18th, possibly by Thomas Baldwin, altered and extended mid C19th and 1867. Ashlar; coursed rubble to left wing, slate roofs, mansard to centre. Centre (In the manner of Baldwin). Roof behind parapet, projecting moulded cornice; diagonal ashlar stacks (1867). 2 storeys. 1-5 - 1 large pane sash windows; central 5 are in 2 storey coursed rubble bow with pierced parapet (1867); ground floor outer windows are tripartite with shallow semi- circular niche above containing carved swags. 4 giant pilasters with Spalato order. Right wing. Mid C19th. 2 storeys and attics in half dormer. Two 4-pane sash windows: Left wing. Dated 1867 in gable. 2 storeys. Square and segmental headed casement windows with stone mullions. Round tower at corner with spire terminating in weather vane. Entrance in south-west elevation: large panelled door, Doric doorcase under hood supporting strapwork and armorial bearings.
