The BEACH 1. (East Side) 5121 No 7 including archway to right ST 4071 1/22 23.2.73. II GV

2. Albion Hotel. Late C18/early C19. 3 storeys. Rendered and colourwashed. Cornice and parapet. Slate roof. Parapet continues up gable-ends to join chimney-stacks at each side. Plain pilasters flank the front. Later bay-windows rise through all 3 storeys to left and right. Cornices divide the storeys of bays. 3 windows (of 3 lights to each bay). Sashes without glazing bars. Plinth. Modern glazed porch over entrance in centre of ground floor. 2 storey extension to right, contiguous with Nos 5 and 6. Elliptical archway leading to rear on ground floor, and 1 first floor sash window without glazing bars.

Nos 2 to 10 (consec) and No13 form a group together with Nos 11 and 12 which are of local interest.
