In the entry for:- HILL ROAD (NORTH EAST SIDE) 1/71 NO 11 The address shall be amended to read:- HILL ROAD (NORTH EAST SIDE) NOS 11 and lla
and the description shall be amended to read:-
House with service wing, now two dwellings. Early/mid C19. Smooth rendered, slate roofs. Compact symmetrical front block with deep narrow wing, back, right, now occupied as a separate property. Front black is 2-storey, 3 windows, glazing bar sashes in simple architraves; central arched doorway in reveals panelled door under radial fanlight. Flanking windows are in shallow bays brought forward square but under continuous shallow box eaves. Back has 8-pane sash, and return right further sash over glazed C20 door. Two rubble gable stacks raised in brick.
No 11a is 2-storey, with three 12-pane sashed at first floor over good 6-panel fielded door. Back is plain, and far gable is built against ground slope with set of stone steps cutting in to inset corner. Front block (No 11) also probably had glazing bars in original design.

HILL ROAD 1. 5121 (North East Side) No 11 ST 4071 1/71 II GV 2. Modest sized 2 storey whitewashed early/mid C19 cottage. End window bays come forward slightly. Slate roof. 3 windows in architrave surrounds. Sashes without glazing bars. Central round-headed doorway with fanlight.
Nos 5 to 17 (odd), 17a, 19 and 21 form a group.
