Details
1. HILL ROAD 5121 (North East Side) Nos 25 and 27 including extensions to right of No 25 ST 4071 1/74 II GV 2. 2 storey mid C19 pair set above the road. Ends come forward under triangular pediments. Front mostly whitewashed. Cornice and blocking coarse. Stringcourse over ground floor. 5 windows, shutters in wood frames to No 27 which also has a trellised verandah incorporating anthemion motif. No 25 continues to right with a (later) rendered 2 storey 3 window bow and a further 2 window rubble extension.
No 25 including extensions, Nos 27 and 29, Cliff House and Mount Heber, United Reformed Church Hall, and No 37 form a group.
