- II
Farmhouse. Dated 1630/TS, north dairy wing added C18 with later alterations. Rubble, brick dressings, pantiled roofs with brick gable stacks and flues, double Roman tiled porch. 2 room and dairy plan, former through passage, extended C19 at rear. 2½ storeys 1:2 windows, all C19 2 and 3-light casements with gauged brick relieving arches at ground and 1st floor, central porch with panelled and glass door in plain wooden frame. Rear has roof swept down to single storey facade, with one 2-light and one 3-light casement with gauged brick relieving arches, small C20 brick extension and C19 single storey addition. Interior: ovolo-moulded beams with converging stops, newel stair to attic, door frame with depressed 4-centred arch, plink door with strap hinges at 1st floor.
