Circa 1840. Adjoins 5 Eldon Square (not listed). Number 7 originally had a third, western bay in the form of a three-storey tower that was demolished to make way for Number 5, which constructed around 1902.
Two and three storey Bath ashlar. Italianate style. Basement. Two bays, the right hand bay a three-storey gabled break with one range of glazing bar sash windows (plate glass with marginal glazing on ground floor). Raised surround to first floor window, bracketed segmental pediment to ground floor window with corbelled balcony. One first-floor window to left over recessed modern door in plain doorway. Slate roofs with projecting eaves.
