II
House. C16 and C17. Timber framed and plastered with peg tile roofs. Of 2 storeys and 'L' plan form but with large 2 storey C20 rear extensions linking to C19 outbuildings at rear. Roof is hipped with a gablet at east end and hipped at the west and returning to form the crosswing ridge. Front has C19 casement with single horizontal glazing bars and off-centre oak entrance door with oak surround. Off centre C19 square brick stack and smaller stack against west crosswing. C16 parlour crosswing with jowled posts, cambered tie beam. Main block of mid C17, rebuilding of earlier open hall. Inglenook stack partly of clay.
