2. Timber-framed and plastered house built circa 1600 but very much altered. On the north-east front there are 2 gables one, at the north-east end breaks forward with a modern bay on the ground storey. The other has a 2 storeyed canted bay. The windows on the front are double-hung sashes and at the rear, casements. Two storeys. There are 2 original chimney stacks one with grouped diagonal shafts and the other, an external stack with 2 octagonal shafts. Roofs tiled. (RCHM 22).
