NZ 2215 HIGH CONISCLIFFE THE GREEN (South Side) 18/118 Wall and Tower to east of No.46a II Wall and tower. Mid C19. Coursed rubble wall; squared limestone tower Low embattled wall, adjoining shed to east of No. 46a, runs east for 60 metres and ends near drive to The Old Vicarage. Off-centre, semicircular-plan tower has 2 stepped stages, loops and projecting embattled parapet on corbels. Has considerable landscape value.
