C18, altered in C19. Cottage. Plastered walls on stone base, tiled roof, brick stack. Two storeys. Recently extended to north in similar style. Modern porch with stable door and shingled roof. Ground floor has three horizontally sliding sash windows and one casement, all with glazing bars. First floor has four similar windows. One ground floor room has large open fireplace with bread oven. Included for group value.
