House. Mid C18, extended late C18, and early C19; altered C20.
Painted brick with hipped and gabled roofs of different
heights. Rectangular plan of 3 sections, C20 extension at left
and rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. One chimney with clay pots on each
section. Sash windows with glazing bars; casement windows with
glazing bars. Road (east) front: left section: 2 bays; moulded
wooden eaves cornice. 2-light casement windows on first floor,
sash windows ground floor. C20 glazed door with glazing bars
to right of centre under hipped porch. Fire insurance plaque
on first floor. Middle section: one-bay; 3-light casement
windows. Right hand section: one bay. Dentilled brick cornice.
One 3-light C20 casement window on first floor. 5-light C20
square bay window with glazing bars on ground floor.
